Ben was fantastic. He's a bit more expensive than the typical, but he is WORTH EVERY PENNY. I highly recommend you hire Ben, and I highly recommend you capitalize on the extra services his company offers. I can't say enough good about Ben Collins, and will be recommending him to anyone that I know considering a home or other renovation/build in the area.
